As a professional dancer, voice healer, spiritual care provider, and Zen priest, Myo-O Habermas-Scher knows what it is like to feel exhausted and to need time and space for restoration and healing. That is why she offers an opportunity for people to tune into themselves through awareness of their voice and body. While on retreat, we will experience the warmth and expertise of Myo-O’s many years of experience in leading others through exercises and meditations. We will also offer time for sharing and reflection with others.

Words from our teacher…
We will tune into and discover our innate capacity to use our voices. Embedded in awareness of the body, we seek to become intimate with the natural power of vocal sound to heal and restore our being.
