This practice supports increased awareness within yourself, and in relation to others.

In this video, Christine Luna Munger teaches a simple exercise designed to help practice a posture of suppleness—in other words, the habit of intentionally shifting your attention from one place to another, and moving between different perspectives in a disciplined manner.

Christine Luna Munger is the director of the Episcopal House of Prayer.

Mission & Vision

Our Mission is to assist in the ongoing work of discerning God's presence, both within ourselves and in the world; provide guidance in the search for wisdom; teach all forms of contemplative prayer; offer training in the inner work of the spiritual life.

The Vision of the Episcopal House of Prayer is to be a contemplative ministry of spiritual transformation, grounded in the Christian tradition, in the practice of Benedictine hospitality, reaching out and welcoming all.
