Inevitably, there are shifts in our ongoing life of prayer. While change is a normal part of a healthy prayer life, sometimes, these periods catch us off guard, and at other times we seem to endlessly wander, as if we were lost. During this retreat, we will explore, practically, the ways in which our naturally developing understanding of God impacts our ongoing life of prayer. From the earliest words of rote prayer to the wordless prayers of contemplation, God meets us over and over again, just where we are—part of our spiritual work is to simply recognize this.
During our time together, we will meet in large group and small groups for learning and reflection. We will use practical exercises to explore our experiences of prayer and understandings of God. We will pray together and also have time for personal reflection and leisure.
Suggested offering: $375 (includes meals and overnight accommodations)

Take I-94 West to Exit 156 (St. John’s University). At the top of the ramp, turn left and drive toward campus. After the bus stop on your right, turn right onto Fruit Farm Road. Follow the road around the first bend and the EHOP is on your left. Street address is 14215 Fruit Farm Road.
From MSP Airport
Take I-494 West from the airport until it joins I-94 West to St. Cloud and follow the instructions above.
