Using Into Your Heart: A Creative Path to Healing & Wholeness—an experiential workbook with eight sessions of art, meditations, and exercises—we will explore how living wholeheartedly involves holding the tension of opposites. Our time together will include reflections by Julie, time to work on creative imaging and writing exercises on your own, and opportunities for sharing with a partner or the group. (This retreat and To Be Wild at Heart will cover different content from Into Your Heart workbook. You are welcome to attend either or both of the sessions.)
The flow will be creative, spacious, and connected.
You will receive a copy of the workbook upon your arrival. Please bring colored pencils, water-based markers, or watercolors to work the exercises in the workbook.
Fee $100 (includes workbook, lunch and dinner on 8/3, breakfast on 8/4, and overnight accommodations)

Take I-94 West to Exit 156 (St. John’s University). At the top of the ramp, turn left and drive toward campus. After the bus stop on your right, turn right onto Fruit Farm Road. Follow the road around the first bend and the EHOP is on your left. Street address is 14215 Fruit Farm Road.
From MSP Airport
Take I-494 West from the airport until it joins I-94 West to St. Cloud and follow the instructions above.

Airport shuttle service is available through Groome Transportation in Waite Park. Book your trip to Saint John’s University, and the driver will bring you to our door if you tell him you are going to the House of Prayer.
