Thank you for your interest in booking our retreat house. Please use the form below to request a reservation for a single-day, day-only event (no overnight stays). For an overnight stay of one or more days, please use the multi-day request form.

(Please list your desired arrival time. This is typically earlier than your event start time, to allow for an orientation to our spaces [if needed] and any setup time you may need.)

Additional Amenities
Meal Option
If you plan to be at the House of Prayer during meal times you are invited to either utilize the kitchen or register for catering provided by the Saint John’s University catering team. The cost would be determined later based on final guest count, meals selected, etc. 
More about food options
Self Catering:  Select this option if you plan to bring and prepare your own food.

On Site Catering: Select this option if you’d like to connect with the catering department at St. John’s University, who will prepare and deliver your food.

Local Vendor Catering: Select this option if you plan to order and pick up food from a local vendor, such as the Local Blend, Kay’s Kitchen, Bo Diddley’s deli, etc.  

More information about all of these options will be included in your email confirmation once your reservation is approved. 
Smartscreen
EHoP can provide your group with a media cart that includes a large TV smartscreen, an integrated sound bar and video camera, a specialized zooming camera, and a wireless over-the-ear microphone.  If you would like to use any or all of the equipment, you will incur a $25 technology fee.
Facilitation
Our Director, Dr. Christine Luna Munger, can be available to facilitate sessions for your group.  Topics range from instruction in prayer methods, to teaching on discernment, the contemplative & wisdom traditions, and other themes within spirituality such as Contemplative Dialogue, Benedictine or Ignatian spirituality. 1-2 hours of facilitation will incur a $100 teaching fee, 3-4 hours will incur a $200 teaching fee, and 5-8 hours will incur a $300 teaching fee.
