Weekly Contemplative Prayer Opportunities

Wednesday Online Community Contemplative Prayer Sit

Wednesdays, 4-4:40 p.m. Central time

Join us online via zoom for a weekly, 40 minute contemplative prayer experience.

We will begin the session with a short teaching or reflection on prayer, including an opportunity to respond to the teaching through contemplative dialogue.  The wisdom teaching and contemplative dialogue are followed by a short chant and 20 minute silent sit.  We conclude the session with a sung blessing.

Monday Evenings, Embodied Spirit Chi-Kung with Gary Barrett

Join Gary Barrett for a weekly practice of Chi kung as taught in our Embodied Spirit retreat. This group meets on Monday evenings in Collegeville, outdoors, on the front patio.  There is no fee. This is designed to be primarily a silent practice. There is no experience necessary. For those new to the practice, there will always be some light instruction and teaching available. There is no need to sign up, just show up. Come and explore how we “live and move and have our being.”
